Welcome to our charming, modern log villa, located in a beautiful landscape close to the area’s services.

Villa Breikki consists of two 70 m2 apartments, Alpha and Bravo, both of which accommodate 6+1 people.

It is possible to rent the apartments for the same group, in which case a soundproof door between the apartments can be used to create one large 140 m2 villa. The accommodation capacity is then 12+2.

LOCATION IN BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPE, YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

The villa is located on a hillside, with a magnificent view of the Himos Golf Resort green. Nature trails start almost at the door and the villa is a short distance from golfing, the slopes and events in the area.

PREMISES

Villa Breikki consists of two identical apartments, Alpha and Bravo, which are mirror images of each other in terms of layout. The apartments have two bedrooms, a sleeping alcove, a living room, a combined kitchen, a sauna, a bathroom and two toilets. The apartments are identical in terms of layout and equipment.

Downstairs

The apartment has a living room with smart TV, a combined kitchen and one bedroom on the ground floor. The large windows of the generously sized living room offer stunning views of the golf course. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, and there is also a sofa bed for one person in the living room. There is also a sauna and a bathroom with a toilet on the ground floor.

 

Upstairs

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. The bed in the sleeping alcove can be used either as a single bed or, if necessary, can be spread out into a double bed. Upstairs there is also a private toilet and a TV in the sleeping alcove.
