Welcome to spend your holiday at our charming villa, which was expanded in 2025 and had its original section completely rebuilt.

Located in Sastamala, this property (approx. 130 m²) accommodates 11 + 1 guests (plus infants) and offers excellent amenities and space for a relaxing stay.

Ellivuori Ski Center and Ellivuori Resort are a twenty-minute drive away, while Lakeside Golf—featuring two separate 18-hole courses—is slightly closer.

DOWNSTAIRS

The kitchen and dining area serve as the “hub” of the ground floor, seamlessly connecting the brand-new section with the renovated original part. The long dining table accommodates 7–9 people.

Relaxation is catered for by both a living room and a separate lounge area, each featuring its own coffee table, sofa, and TV. The ground floor also includes a sauna, bathroom, bedroom, and an entryway with access to an unheated outdoor porch. During warmer weather, the porch is a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunset through the large windows.

The sauna accommodates 4–6 adults at a time, and the bathroom is equipped with two showers. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the lounge area. A toilet and a storage room are situated next to the kitchen.

UPSTAIRS

Stairs lead from the hallway to the upper floor, which—with its two rooms—serves primarily as a sleeping area.

The rear room offers sleeping space for five: a double bed (two 80 cm beds) and an alcove featuring a custom-fitted 140 cm wide bed and a single convertible armchair.

The front room contains a craft table for the youngest family members, a sofa bed providing a 145 cm wide sleeping space, and a single convertible armchair.

  • The front upstairs bedroom has a sofa bed (145 cm wide) and a single convertible armchair.
  • The living room contains one single convertible armchair.
  • Additionally, there is a folding spare bed on wheels in the storage room.

COURTYARD AREA

During the warmer months, the property’s grounds offer a great setting for relaxation and socializing. Amenities include a furnished terrace with a gas grill and a dining set for at least six people on the lawn; there is also a badminton net behind the house and a disc golf basket on the lawn. Rackets, balls, frisbees, and a Mölkky game set are provided.

POINTS TO NOTE

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Small, quiet gatherings and family parties may be held at the property, but it is not rented out for loud parties.

The renter must be at least 20 years old.
